I will write in my journal daily because I am (R)eady to grow (I)n spite of insecurity (F)rustration and (F)ear, with an (I)ntention to strengthen myself in THIS generation. (C) ourageously and consistently I pursue my Quest. My Quest is to glean wisdom from the past, live mindfully in the present and prepare confidently for the future. As I strengthen myself, I strengthen my entire FAMILY TREE for generations to come through the power of my positive influence. Looking Forward to a Wonderful 2010

I'm looking forward to having a great JOURNALriffic experience with you in 2010. Spinal surgery slowed me down at the end of 2009, but posts will begin again in January. Thanks for your patience. Have a HAPPY NEW YEAR !

JOURNALriffic will assist anyone who wants to change life for the better in THIS generation. It especially helps those on a Family Tree Quest (www.familytreequest.com) keep their goals, which are: 1) Glean wisdom from the past, 2) Live mindfully in the present, 3) Prepare confidently for the future.

Using the "4 Steps to Discovery" with JOURNALriffic, you will be taking steps toward a happier life.

The steps are easy to remember if stated this way. "OFIR UP Wisdom. Do something specific."
1) OFIR (State your Own Feelings and Inner Resolve without criticism.)
2) UP (Universal Principles. Explore them)
3) Learning. (What is the possible opportunity for personal growth in this experience?)
4) Do something specific. (to contribute positively)

Apply these steps consistently and with gratitude, and NOTICE the difference ! You will, most likely, be making more and more positive discoveries in your life.

The QUEST refers to Family Tree Quest to which the JOURNALriffic concept is a perfect partner.
